ITherm 2012

ITherm 2012 is an international conference for scientific and engineering exploration of thermal, thermomechanical and emerging technology issues associated with electronic devices, packages and systems. ITherm 2012 will be held along with the 62nd Electronic Components and Technology Conference (ECTC 2012 - http://www.ectc.net), a premier electronic packaging conference. Dual-registration for ITHERM and ECTC is offered at a substantial discount.  In additon to Oral and poster presentations and vendor exhibits, ITherm 2012 includes panel discussions, keynote lectures by prominent speakers, and professional short courses.

It is held from May 30 - June 1, 2012 in San Diego, California, USA at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina.
