Registration Rates/Dates
Authors must register by April 15, 2012 to remain in the proceedings and on the program.
Early Registration Fees: Our Earlybird rates are effective through April 30th. Regular pre-registration must be made on or before MAY 23, 2012 Higher rates apply during June and at the conference registration table on-site.

Conference fees include the tutorials that will be held throughout the conference, continental breakfasts for authors, reception and an electronic copy of the proceedings.

Letter of Invitation
If you require a letter of invitation the following criteria must be met in order to honor the request for a letter of invitation. The requesting party must:
- Be an author of an accepted paper.
- Have paid the advanced registration fee for this conference.
