ITherm 2008 ENERGY EFFICIENT ELECTRONICS POSTER PRESENTATIONS GUIDELINES

At a previous ITherm conference in 2004, a poster session was introduced.  ITherm 2008 will feature a poster session on the relatively new and timely theme of Energy Efficient Electronics.  We will have a total of 6 session with 16 papers in the Poster Track.  Poster sessions papers are fully peer reviewed and will be published in the ITherm proceedings with no distinction between posters papers and oral presentation.  The poster format has the advantage of allowing authors to interact in much greater detail with interested attendees.

Poster Specifications
Each paper will be provided with a 36E(91cm) high by 48E(122cm) wide tri-fold poster panels (center panel is 24Ewide with the 12Ewide panels on sides) to set up their posters, which can accommodate about sixteen letter or A4 size slides.  The posters will be placed on the tables in the Salon IV room, the same room where lunch is held.  Please see additional material at http://www.ithermconference.org/posterpresentation.html

Schedule
The poster session will start at 3:00 PM and end at 4:40 PM.  Access to the room will be provided to the authors at 2:30 PM to set up their posters. At the beginning of the Poster Track, the track chairs will  introduce the session shairs, who in turn will introduce the authors.  The session chairs and co-chairs should be at the stage and the authors should be by their posters by 3:00.  The session chairs will indicate the location of each author at the time of introduction.
